At Palladio Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unopened and unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the list of items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package the unused beauty products in their original packaging, ensuring the Return Authorization Number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send your return to our processing center using a trackable shipping method; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
